7 Months Old!

I am 7 months old if you can believe it!! I have developed quite the personality. I am usually pretty happy as long as I can see my mommy, I don't like it when she leaves the room. I love to laugh and smile, I have a pretty funny mommy and daddy:)

All geared up for a day at the beach. I just love my new trunks - I look so handsome in them. Mommy and daddy took me to the beach the other day, I wasn't quite sure what to think. The water sure was cold but I loved eating all the sand. The waves were really scary, I made sure mommy didn't get too close to them!

Check out my new swing - it is sooooo much fun. Mommy and I spend lots of time outside swinging during the day, I am suprised she doesn't get tired of pushing me:)

Heading Back to Florida

Well after two great weeks back home in Iowa, daddy thinks it is time that mommy and I came home. We had such a great time in Iowa and are sad to leave but mommy and I sure do miss daddy, Bubba and Zoey!

On Vacation to Iowa

Well, mommy has been slacking on the ol' website again:) Mommy and I have been in Iowa the past week visiting all of our family (poor daddy had to stay home and work). We get to stay one more week then we have to go back to Florida. Daddy sure is missing us though - we miss him bunches and bunches too. Mommy and I are having so much fun in Iowa. We are getting a little bit spoiled:) I was a very good boy on the airplane, mommy was scared to fly alone with me so I thought I should be nice to her and be a good boy on the plane. It has been a little on the chilly side here - we are not used to the weather being in the 40's - burrrrrr.

Grandma Vickie gives me all these yummmmy treats - boy do I love suckers! Mommy has to keep a good eye on grandma because she keeps on trying to sneak me yummy food.

Full of smiles! Grandpa Lynn has nicknamed me "smiley" I guess because all I do is smile at everything. Check out my new hat - don't I look adorable in it!

I can sit up!

This has been a busy week for me - I got a tooth, can sit up by myself and learned how to get up on all fours! I'm on a roll:)

I got a tooth!

After several nights and days of fussing and whining, I finally got my first tooth! Yipeeeeee! Boy I am glad that thing finally popped through, it was pretty painful. Now maybe I can let mommy and daddy get some sleep at night??? Mommy says I have to be careful not to bite her or else I might get weened - ha ha!

Learning to Crawl

Look at me! I am getting closer to crawling everyday. I have learned how to get up on all fours and rock back and forth. I will eventually figure out how to move forward, but I don't think mommy is ready to chase me around yet - I'll give her a few more weeks - ha ha! But for now, I can get where I want by rolling and scooting everywhere.

6 months old! (Almost)

Well, I am almost 6 months old if you can believe it! I have developed quite the personality. Daddy says I act like mommy all the time?? Most of the time I am a pretty happy lil guy, but I have my moments:) I am almost sitting up - I can sit up but I forget that mommy isn't holding onto me and I fall over and bonk my head, which doesn't make me very happy. I said ma-ma for the first time a week ago - I made mommy tear up she was so proud:) I guess I better work on saying da-da so he doesn't feel left out!

I think Zoey is scared of me:) Did I mention I love to be naked in my diaper:) ha ha!

Daddy is so excited that I now have some ISU clothes to wear - I am finally big enough that they fit me. Mommy thinks I look bettter in black and gold but daddy says no way that I look best in cardinal and gold - what do you think?
